The Hands Behind NariVibes
We work with six artisan workshops across India — each with generational expertise passed down through families and communities.
Maheshwar
Master weavers of handloom cotton, working on pit looms that date back generations. The Maheshwari weave — known for its distinctive border and reversible fabric — is a UNESCO-recognised craft. We have worked with this community since 2020.
Kanchipuram
Silk weaving families preserving 500-year-old techniques in one of India's oldest weaving towns. Each Kanjivaram silk requires up to four days of work by two weavers working in tandem. We commission small runs that honour the craft without exploiting it.
Sanganer
Natural dye and block-print specialists working with hand-carved teak blocks and plant-based mordants. The Sanganer block-print tradition spans centuries — each block is carved individually, making every metre of fabric subtly, beautifully unique. Zero synthetic dyes, always.
